Job Opportunity – Post-Doctoral Position
The Center for Creative Leadership is interested in interviewing qualified candidates for a post-doctoral position at its Greensboro campus. Candidates should have completed their Ph.D. within the last 3 years and before August 1, 2013 in evaluation or a related field such as IO Psychology, Human Resource Management, Ed Psych Measurement, Social Psychology, Quantitative Psychology, Behavior Science, etc.). A strong methodological background and presentations at major academic and practitioner conferences are required.
Specific duties and responsibilities will vary according to assignment, but could include: evaluation design, developing logic models and theories of change, designing and conducting interviews and surveys; conducting literature searches; analyzing data; writing client reports and evaluation/research papers and other publications; developing and maintaining databases (quantitative and qualitative); participating in client/project team discussions and decisions regarding evaluation design, implementation, results, and communication; as well as other project duties as assigned.
